Meet Dean
Dean Sas is an entrepreneur, builder, and leader with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes. He has 20+ years of experience across different facets of the healthcare industry, ranging from start-ups, technology commercialization, strategy, business development, finance, banking, capital markets, and R&D.
He holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo. Dean lives in Waterloo, Ontario with his wife, 2 children, and pet betta fish.
With a range of experiences that spans from the lab bench to the boardroom, from Toronto’s Discovery District to Wall Street to Silicon Valley North, Dean’s approach is rooted in a solid foundation of experience including:
